Stay informed of every move that impacts your operation. Bookiemarket's notification service sends emails for critical activities, such as when a player makes a claim. Here's how to set it up:

  1. Navigate to the "Agent Profiles" section.
  2. Click on the PIN of the desired profile and locate the "Notification Email" option.
  3. Enter your preferred email address.
  4. Save your changes.

With these settings, you'll never miss a beat, keeping your finger on the pulse of your sportsbook's heartbeat.

Monitoring and Responding to Claims

Bookiemarket transforms how you manage player claims, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. When a player submits a claim, it's highlighted for easy identification:

  1. Login Notification: Upon logging in, you'll receive an immediate alert if there's a new claim.
  2. Graded Plays Report: Claims will be highlighted in blue, accompanied by a "Claim" icon for direct access.
  3. Message Thread: View and respond to the message thread to engage directly with the claim and make sure it's clear communication.

The player will see your response the next time they log into the player site, ensuring a seamless and transparent communication channel.
