Agent Detail Panel
The Agent Detail Panel gives you complete control over managing agent profiles within your system. It facilitates the establishment of sub-agents, each responsible for a unique set of players.
Creating Sub-Agent Accounts
Sub-agents play a crucial role in your organization by managing assigned players and generating necessary reports. Our system allows the creation of sub-agent accounts up to the number of players included in your plan. For instance, a plan with 125 players permits up to 125 sub-agents.
Steps to Add a Sub-Agent:
- Navigate to the "Add Agent" option within the Agent Detail Panel.
- You will be prompted to provide essential details for the sub-agent account creation:
- Agent Name: Enter the sub-agent's name.
- Agent Login: Set the login credentials for the sub-agent.
- Agent Password: Establish a secure password for the sub-agent.
- Additionally, you have the option to:
- Deactivate Racebook for this Agent: This setting will disable Racebook access for all players under this sub-agent, even if enabled for the entire book.
- Deactivate Casino for this Agent: Similar to the Racebook, this option allows you to restrict Casino access for players under this sub-agent.
Utilizing the Tools/Sports Settings allows you to manage the Racebook/Casino access for players under each sub-agent, offering tailored experiences that align with your operational strategies.
Agent Settings for Effective Management
The Agent Settings in your sports betting platform are designed to streamline the management of sub-agent duties. They empower you to delegate tasks while retaining overarching control.
Key Features and Functionalities:
- Agent Share Percentage: Define the win/loss share division among players under each sub-agent, ensuring fair and transparent financial management.
- Agent to Add Players: Decide whether a sub-agent can add new players to their roster, enhancing personnel management flexibility.
- Agent Control List: This setting allows a sub-agent to manage up to 18 other sub-agents, optimizing the oversight capabilities within your organizational structure.
You also have control over specific permissions such as editing player settings, deleting players, changing player status, managing late bets, and more. These options should be carefully enabled for trusted sub-agents, ensuring the integrity and security of your operations.
